The company and the Unions have agreed on new certifications and payouts as part of our 2009 Labor Agreement. We have added Cisco CCNA Voice and changed some ACA/ACS requirements. For the purpose of compensation the ACA certification levels will not expire until 1/31/11.

Compensation has gone up from $400 for level 1 to $500, Level 2 from $900 to $1100, Level 3 from $1500 to $1700 and Level 4 from $2200 to $2400.

The payments are made on a semi-annual basis. The bonus payment for the period of Oct. 2009 and March 2010 was suspended under our 2009 Agreement.

We are also facing another surplus in New Jersey. Off roll date is the end of March. We are in discussions with the CWA in NYC about informational pickets at 211 Mt Airy Rd.
