Avaya

Avaya recently declared another surplus. We are currently in talks with our Union attorney about the legality of Avaya's new Channel Partner program. The new program takes all work away from our Avaya represented technicians and gives that work to Business Partners. We arbitrated the use of Business Partners three years ago and lost it partially on the grounds that Avaya claimed services got most of their work from Business Partners. That’s not the case now
