March 2009 Update

AT&T

It has been determined by the System Council T-3 and T-5 that AT&T Legacy bargaining will be done in coordination with the expiration of the AT&T (formerly SBC) contract in Illinois. The expiration date is the end of June 2009. For the first time since 1987 we will not be bargaining with CWA. Our Legacy contract includes members of the IBEW in New Jersey, New England, Pennsylvania, Illinois and the Northwest United States.
