Bargaining Update 4/13/09   The company and the Union went on record at 10:45 a.m. The Union rejected the company’s proposal of 2/17/09, then passed a counterproposal across the table. The Union gave a verbal response to the company’s email dated March 20, 2009. The company then asked for a response in writing, which the Union provided later in the day. The Union’s prior information request still remains open. The company and the Union agreed to meet again on 4/23/09.
