This week your Bargaining Team met two days with representatives of AWP on contract items. On Wednesday May 11 both the Union and Company presented their demands. I will say this the Company's demands are a total change in the way our current contract  is.

 

On Thursday, May 12 both sides again met with each side finally understanding what the where the union and company need to go.

An important item was agreed to this day and that is both sides agreed to extend the current contract. All members SHOULD report to work on their next scheduled tour.

Our next scheduled bargaining dates are Tuesday and Wednesday May 31st and June 1st. Duing the gap in dates the Company and Union will be exchanging information requested during our negotiations.
