Avaya Bargaining Update 5 7 09

 

Bargaining continues is Washington D.C.

The IBEW and CWA have gone back to the company seeking clarification on large amounts of information it provided and are currently awaiting their response.

We continue to review the company proposal and are working on counter proposals.

Many, if not all Members, received electronic communication from the company regarding a two week furlough program. We have NO such program in our contract. .
