Avaya Update 24                                                         May 30, 2009     The joint IBEW/CWA bargaining committee met with the company until late Friday evening without coming to agreement.  The main issues were wages, pensions and funding active and retiree medical.     Bargaining will continue Tuesday morning at 10am.   The clock is still "stopped" all members must report to work as scheduled.
