Avaya Update 11                                                                                       May 19, 2009                             

 Today the IBEW team met with Avaya and passed the following demands- Boston Allowances, Chicago Allowances, Per Diem Reimbursement Local 134, additional EWD day, Holiday for MLK Day, Non-Discrimination language changes and GPS info language. The bargaining team also received information from the company regarding Healthcare. The joint IBEW/CWA teams will meet in the morning in order to draft a Medical Plan proposal.
