    Today the IBEW subcommittee bargaining team met with the company to improve and add articles in the existing agreement.   The following were presented;   Successorship clause GPS language On-call payments Return to work overtime language and payments Article 24 in lieu of payments Moving expenses 3% language Illinois wage zone and Chicago allowances Local 134 per diem Termination payment language   On Thursday the joint IBEW/CWA medical subcommittee will meet in the morning. In the afternoon the entire IBEW/CWA bargaining team will finalize couterproposals for Friday's bargaining session.   IBEW Bargaining Team
