The selection committee of Rutgers, headed by Nancy W. Pullen, Director of Recruitment and Enrollment, University Undergraduate Admissions, selected this year’s recipients.

The Executive Board, which under the rules must approve the committee’s selection, did so at the Executive Board meeting on May 13, 2008.
