There has been some movement on previous proposals and today, the Union put forth additional proposals and rejected two of the company’s prior proposals.  The company put forth three (3) additional proposals and rejected three (3) of the Union’s

 

The Union’s original Information Request remains open – the company has not provided all of the information at this time.

 

The company continues to stress economic hardship, your bargaining team will continue to work diligently to get a contract in place.

 

Both parties agreed to resume bargaining on Monday, January 12, 2009.
