The Union and the company went on the record at 7:09pm.  The company gave a partial response to the Union's information request, but still remains open.  The Union put forth a new information request and awaits an answer from the company.  The company stated that at this time it does not have the resources to answer the Union's information requests tonight.  Some progress was made today.  The bargaining is moving at a slow pace.

Bargaining will resume 10 am Thursday morning.  The current Collective Bargaining Agreement remains in place while the clocks are frozen.  Remember to report to work as scheduled and do a safe, quality UNION job.
