The Company has informed us that the Corporate Profit sharing award is $749.00 for plan year 2008. This CPS award will be prorated for part time employees and those who participated more than 3 months and less than 12 months.

You can elect to contribute the entire amount into your 401K savings plan. If you elect to contribute into your 401K Savings and Security Plan, the CPS award will be contributed on a pretax basis and the first 6% will be treated as a basic contribution for purposes of the Company match.
